Traditionally Imbolc [an ancient Celtic festival to honor the mid point between winter solstice and the spring eqinox], can be celebrated with candle lighting, spring cleaning, starting seedlings, and crafting Brigid’s crosses. At Bridget Center we welcome Imbolc and Bridget’s Day with a full snow moon hike in collaboration with our partners from Saron Sophia!
Hikes and activities - Luminary lit trails allow you to connect with nature in the twilight hours under the energy of the full moon. This Snow Moon event includes other activities, such as guided sylvotherapy/forest bathing tours, focused on 'endurance', to match the moon's special energy.
Join us for a luminary hike under the full snow moon on February 1st from 5:30-7:30pm at Bridget Center (N9003 Townline Rd, Kewaskum, WI 53040). Luminary lit trails will allow us to connect with nature in the twilight hours in the energy of the full moon. There will be a campfire going with hot N.A. beverages nearby.
