Curious about the plants growing wild and free right outside your door??  Join Allison Clark for a hands-on workshop designed to help you create or expand your home herbal practice by learning easy and effective ways to bring herbs into your daily life, including Teas, Tinctures & Salves.  A strong home herbal practice can help you cultivate more health, joy, and a deeper sense of belonging and connection with the land. 

First, we will walk the grounds of The Bridget Center introducing ourselves to the plants and one another, then, as invited, we will forage plants for both a fresh wild tea and to make our own tinctures.  We will head inside for more herbal learning and together we will create a very special tincture to each take home.  Class registration includes all supplies and take-homes.
